CAREER DEVELOPMENT

This committee links highly qualified professional potential employees with employers. Career Development creates company spotlights for a corporate partner to showcase their organization and create a pipeline for diverse talent. In conjunction with the company spotlights, workshops are conducted on topics such as resuming writing, interviewing, and presentation skills.

MEMBERSHIP

The primary purpose is to grow the organization through recruitment and member retention. The St. Louis Chapter is comprised of a diverse group of minority MBAs, business professionals, entrepreneurs, and MBA students. Our current membership base is 130. Nationally, the National Black MBA Association has approximately 8,000 financial members in 44 chapters across the United States and Canada.

Plan and organize professional development forums provide our stakeholders with effective tools for leadership development and networking.
